Of Birthdays And Bioshock..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDREW AND CHARLENE.

we had dinner at pariss. the buffet. it cost me a whopping forty bucks. FORTY. that could buy me lunch and a decent drink for a week.
what are prices coming to?
hmm. on a positive note, it was a very enjoyable time. chocolate rice and rainbow sprinkles flung to the nether regions of the earth, veggies and salmon stuffed in drinks when nobody's looking, and crazy laughter.

that.
is.
pariss.

photos below. once again, happy birthday, you two. 4th and 5th october. hah.
hail the 1st of october.

huzzah. i have a new mouse AND a real mousepad. not some used paper. finally. no more hand-cramping tiny mouse.. a good time of gaming awaits.

OR DOES IT..?

i recently.. *cough* acquired a copy of bioshock. the game. is. psychotic.
mutated humans talking and laughing to themselves (even little girls singing) in a dank, unescapable environment. the echo of a sweet girl's voice bouncing off the rusted and bloodied walls surrounding you in the dark, hearing footsteps and evil chuckling every step of the way. throw olden-day weapons and environments into the mix, and mutants leaping out from the darkness, grabbing you and yanking you towards their grotesque faces to suck the life outta you.

AND the little girls. little pupil-less eyes staring up at you and giggling. singing. "little sisters", they call them. who are always with the "Big Daddies".. mechanical monstrosities. its something out of a horror movie.

a really freaky horror movie.

that.
is.
bioshock.

crazy stuff. not recommended for anyone sane.
this wreaks havoc with your thinking. definitely NOT something you'd like to remember while pooping alone in the toilet at 3am.

i passed marketing. whoopee.
the ecstatic joy of overcoming a hurdle like this has surprisingly excused itself from the table..

the holidays have killed me.

i miss school.
